Voice menu

Calling in the Contact Center, you have the opportunity to get information automatically with the help of a voice menu. To take advantage of the menu, you need to switch your phone into tone mode. Typically, in most models of phones you have to click «*» or use a special Tone key. If you use mobile phone it automatically has the tone mode.

If your phone does not support the tone mode, just wait a few seconds after listening to the main menu of automatic system for a connection with operator.
