One-Time Passwords

One-time passwords were implemented in Internet Banking and SMS Banking systems especially for your safety, for no one except you could take your money.

One-time password — a special secret code that is used for card-holder “signature” (confirmation) of operation. One-time passwords can be obtained only in Ukrsotsbank ATMs. To get one-time passwords you should:

• insert the card in the ATM and enter you PIN code;
• select Other Services in the main menu;
• select View One-time Passwords in Other Services menu.

After this ATM will print the list of passwords (secret codes).

Attention! While working with Internet Banking or SMS Banking system type one-time passwords only in Latin letters, numbers, symbols (as well as it is on the ATM check).

Attention! Please note that the passwords should be obtained via the same card the operation is carried out.

Attention! Each of the codes (one-time passwords) may be used only once. When you use all your passwords you can get a new list of one-time passwords at any ATM of Ukrsotsbank. All unused passwords from the old list will automatically become invalid.

Attention! If you lost the list of one-time passwords receive a new list via the same card — in this case you’ll be sure that no one can use lost passwords!

Attention! One-time passwords are secret codes designed only for the client the card holder and are used for “signature” (confirmation) of a client operations, which is one of the elements of the security card/account usage. It should be remembered that performance of any operations using one-time passwords is interpreted as performance of operations by client-holder of the card and is not subject to any appeal. Thus, do not show and do not give these codes to others!
